GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General
The GTC regulate the legal relationship between the event visitors and the KRAPOLDI Festival. Its scope of application extends to performances in all venues organized by the association itself, as well as to performances for which the KRAPOLDI Festival sells tickets or issues free counting tickets or complimentary tickets.
Event attendance contract
A contract is concluded between the ticket purchaser and the club as soon as the ticket is handed over to the purchaser, sent or deposited for the purchaser at the KRAPOLDI box office. The reservation or online booking as well as a reservation confirmation do not yet lead to the conclusion of a contract. Admission tickets entitle the holder to use the service indicated on the ticket. By transferring the ticket to a third person (holder:in), the contract (incl. GTC) is also transferred to this person. The purchaser of the ticket is obliged to be able to name the persons who will use the ticket. If the card(s) are passed on, this naming obligation must be transferred to the transferee(s). The Buyer shall be liable for any damage resulting from a breach of this obligation.
Ticket reservation, purchase, exchange
Tickets are available at the KRAPOLDI box office in Rapoldipark (in front of the big circus tent, daily from 12 noon on festival days) and online at krapoldi.at (KUPF Ticket). Tickets deposited at the box office must be picked up no later than half an hour before the performance begins. The customer acknowledges that the data he/she discloses electronically in the course of ordering the ticket will be processed for the purpose of handling the contract. Reduced tickets can be purchased at the KRAPOLDI ticket office in Rapoldi Park and only if the reduction requirements are proven by a valid ID. There is no legal entitlement to discounted tickets. One or two discounted ticket(s) (depending on the discount) will be given per person. In case of unauthorized use of a discount, the difference can be charged to the full ticket price or the visitor(s):can be expelled from the performance. The purchase price will not be refunded in the second case. Each ticket becomes valid only after full payment. Return and exchange of already paid tickets is generally excluded. No refund is possible in case of card loss.
The organizer reserves the right to limit the number of bookable seats per ticket buyer:in due to reduced tickets.
Program Changes, Cancellation or Cancellation
Changes in program, cast as well as start times do not entitle to return tickets and not to a price reduction. In case of changes, the organizer will try to inform the ticket buyers. There is no right to be informed about these changes. Claims for damages due to failure to provide information are therefore irrelevant. It is the responsibility of the card purchasers:in to inform themselves about possible changes. Events may be canceled due to technical defects, official and/or legal orders/regulations, bad weather (especially rain, hail or storm) or illness as well as the inability of the artist(s) to perform. There will be no reimbursement of travel expenses in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event.
Image and sound recordings
Visitors are not permitted to make audio or video recordings. The visitor agrees that in the context of the event enstehender picture, video and sound recordings of his / her person may be used. Recordings of participants may be used for advertising purposes (print, online).
Privacy
The organizer is granted the right to electronically store the personal data disclosed at the time of reservation and order or purchase. This regulation also applies to the data of newsletter subscribers (in planning). The contractual partner agrees that the personal data may be processed for the purpose of business transactions, invoicing, as well as for internal evaluations and that the data may be passed on to business partners for the aforementioned purposes, insofar as this is necessary for business transactions. The use of personal data when visiting the website www.krapoldi.at is regulated in the Privacy Policy.
No liability for damages
The organizer assumes no liability for any damage to property or health occurring in connection with the event.
